At Once Upon Love, we want your custom portrait to arrive safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only. All orders include free tracked shipping — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Processing Time

Every portrait is custom-made just for you. Here is our typical timeline:

  1. Design proof: You will receive a digital preview within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
  2. Revisions: Make as many changes as you like — unlimited revisions are included free of charge.
  3. Production: Once you approve your design, your portrait is printed and framed within 1-2 business  days.
  4. Shipping: Your order ships within 1 business day after production, with delivery in 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@onceuponlove.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
