Welcome to Once Upon Love. By accessing or using our website (onceuponlove.com) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Products & Services
Once Upon Love creates custom Pixar-style illustrated portraits based on photos you provide. Each portrait is hand-illustrated and made to order. We offer framed prints and canvas prints, shipped exclusively within the United States.
2. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information including a valid email address and shipping address within the USA. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD.
3. Design Approval Process
After placing your order, you will receive a digital proof via email within 1-2 business days. You may request unlimited free revisions until you are satisfied. Production begins only after you approve the final design.
4. Shipping
We ship to the United States only. All orders include free tracked shipping. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after production is complete. Once Upon Love is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your portrait, contact us at hello@onceuponlove.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, and content on onceuponlove.com are the property of Once Upon Love. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission. You retain rights to the photos you submit.
7. User Content
By submitting photos, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and grant Once Upon Love permission to use them solely for creating your custom portrait. We will never share your photos with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Once Upon Love is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
