Custom Canvas Portraits from Your Photo
Start with a photo of your favorite people and see it as a personal piece of art. Once Upon Love's free preview lets you explore your portrait before deciding how you would like it to look at home.
Canvas ordering is not available yet. You can currently create, save, and explore your portrait preview, including canvas size and room views.
Your photo, interpreted in your chosen style
Choose one clear photograph that already includes the people you want in the artwork. A couple, a family group, a baby, or one person can be a starting point. What matters is that you can see the faces and like the expression.
The creator turns your photograph into digital portrait art. Oil Painting and Watercolor describe visual styles; they do not mean an original artwork painted by hand. A canvas product would be a print of the portrait.
Explore seven portrait styles
- Abstract: expressive color and bold painted texture.
- Oil Painting: rich brushwork and a classic painted look.
- Watercolor: delicate washes of color and soft paper texture.
- Royal: regal outfits and an elegant, old-world setting.
- Pop Art: bright colors and bold graphic shapes.
- Animated 3D: playful characters with a soft, cinematic glow.
- Impressionism: soft light, rich color, and loose brushwork.
Use the style guide to compare the directions, then inspect how your own photograph looks in the preview.
Save the version you love
Check the familiar faces, expressions, and details. You can try another version or request a change in the creator. Your saved versions help you compare the results.
Save your portrait to your email to receive a link to open it again. Portrait marketing updates are optional; you can save and view your portrait without subscribing to them.
Picture it in your room
Explore the canvas sizes and room views to get a feel for the artwork's shape and presence. On-screen frame looks are visualization choices, not confirmation that a particular frame is available to order.
Measure the actual space at home before choosing a future size. A wall preview is an illustration, so compare it with the dimensions and your own room. Our canvas size and placement guide shows a practical way to do that.
