Custom Family Portraits
The people who make a place feel like home deserve more than another picture in your camera roll. Create a family portrait from a shared photograph and see it in a new way.
Start with a free preview, explore your chosen style, and look closely at each familiar face. Your family might be parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, siblings, or the people you have chosen to call family.
One photograph, all the people you want to include
Choose a single group photograph with every face visible and comfortably inside the frame. A relaxed family moment can work as well as a formal portrait when you can clearly see the people.
The current creator does not combine separate photographs. If someone is missing, use a different group photo that already includes them.
Choose art that suits your home
Oil Painting offers a classic painted look, Watercolor a softer finish, and Abstract a more expressive use of color. You can also explore Pop Art, Royal, Animated 3D, and Impressionism. The styles describe digital visual treatments, so use your preview to decide which interpretation you enjoy.
Think about the whole composition as well as individual faces. Does the color feel right? Is the group balanced? Can you see the details you love about each person?
Look at everyone in the preview
- Check each face, including the people at the edges.
- Look at expressions, hairstyles, glasses, and other distinguishing details.
- Check the crop around heads, hands, and clothing you want to keep.
- Try the wall preview to see the artwork in a room setting.
Family portrait questions
Do we need a professional photograph?
No. A clear phone photo can be a good starting point. What matters is that you can see every face and like the expressions.
Can I include grandparents?
Use a photograph that already includes the people you want in the artwork. Check every person's face in the generated preview.
How do I choose a size for our wall?
Measure the space and test a paper outline before deciding. Our canvas size and wall placement guide walks through the process.
